Hello all!
Firstly, thank you for visiting my site.
A little bit about me - I am a Mum of one. I come from an accounting background. For the majority of my life I have struggled with depression or what I used to refer to as the 'Big Black Bear' - For as long as I can recall, I have known this couldn't be all there was to life. There had to be a more fulfilling, authentic way to live....
My Journey....
After years and years of traditional therapies and telling said therapists that I felt better (people pleasing at it's finest) I was introduced to Belief Coding ® and it was that 'WOW' moment I had been searching for ~ and everything has since fallen into place!!
The Healing Modality that I had always known was out there was finally in my life.
I am by nature a care giver but now I really get to heal and see transformations that are in some cases, completely life changing.
I am so passionate about this therapy that I literally want to shout it from the rooftops!!
So from a previous self-sabotaging people-pleaser with money blocks and low self worth, let me now facilitate you in healing yourself and start living your truest, most authentic life!!
